Winter 2010: No Sunday aqua fit for the winter series. The program will offer yoga on Monday mornings (10:00 to 11:00 am) and aerobics (10:00 to 11:00 am) on Wednesday mornings at Dominic Agostino Riverdale Community Centre.
Dominic Agostino Riverdale Community Centre is located at 150 Violet Drive - a short distance from Eastgate Square.
Language support in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi is provided.
Please note: No on-line or phone registrations for this location.
All registrations for the Riverdale sessions must be done in person during the date and time listed on the current flyer.
