NOTE: Becoming a member of the Feel the Power Feel Fit Club does not constitute becoming a member of the Do It Well Organization. There are three important steps to becoming a member of the Club:
- Participate in a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity four times per week at a brisk pace for six weeks.
- Record your activity on your personal Physical Activity Log (available at the site of your choice)
- Submit your completed Log to the appropriate Club site.
