NOTE: Becoming a member of the Feel the Power Feel Fit Club does not constitute becoming a member of the Do It Well Organization. If you are interested in learning more about becoming a member of Do It Well and participating in the projects they are currently promoting, please follow this link for contact information.
 
There are three important steps to becoming a member of the Club:
  1. Participate in a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity four times per week at a brisk pace for six weeks.
  2. Record your activity on your personal Physical Activity Log (available at the site of your choice)
  3. Submit your completed Log to the appropriate Club site.
